Once you have been notified that your paper has been accepted, please follow these guidelines. Each presentation should last no longer than 30 minutes, including Q&A.
Along with notification of the acceptance of your proposal you will receive a PowerPoint template. Please use this template for your presentation. A good rule of thumb is to allow at least 1-2 minutes for each slide for a total of 20-25 minutes of presentation material, and you should allow 5 minutes for Q&A at the end of your designated time slot.

Please also prepare an accompanying paper that provides background for the presentation; please provide it in either MS Word format (.doc) or Acrobat Format (.PDF) for inclusion on the conference proceedings CD. Please email your presentations and papers to music@magma-da.com.
