TPC Chair Dr. Satya Gupta Co-Founder Concept2Silicon Dr. Satya Gupta is the Co-founder and CEO of Concept2Silicon Systems, working on enabling semiconductor products and systems for wireless, telecom, medical, and energy applications.
Dr. Gupta has more than 22 years of experience in semiconductors, covering design, CAD, systems and embedded software. Prior to Concept2Silicon Systems, Dr. Gupta was Co-founder and Vice-President, Engineering & Technology at Open-Silicon, responsible for worldwide engineering and technology development. Before that Dr. Gupta co-founded Intel Microelectronics services, an ASIC organization within Intel, and built engineering teams both in USA and India. He worked at Intel for 13 years in various engineering and executive management positions. Dr. Gupta has received the prestigious IEEE Gordon Bell Award for high performance computing for his work on breaking Tera Flop barrier first-time. He has authored more than 40 technical papers and has six patents. He is a founding member of ISA and has served on its Executive Council for three years.
Dr. Gupta received his Ph.D from Old Dominion University, Virginia; M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; and BE from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Chittoor Parthasarathy Principal Member Technical Staff STMicroelectronics Chittoor Parthasarathy earned a Ph.D. in design for reliability in advanced CMOS technology nodes from the Université de Provence, Aix-Marseille-I, France. He is a co-inventor of 5 patents and has authored and co-authored more than 20 international conference and journal papers. He also heads the mixed-signal design flow/methodology requirements for the Central CAD and Design Solutions group at the Greater Noida campus. He has been with ST since 1995, involved in designs of standard cells and PLLs at Noida, and subsequently with the reliability group at Crolles, France. Upendra Tripathi General Manager, Mixed Signal SOC Texas Instruments Upendra Tripathi graduated from NIT, Kurukshetra and pursued his MBA from IIM, Khozikode. He heads the SOC design and development of connectivity devices at TI's Bangalore Design Center.
