Cancellation notices must be received by Magma at least 10 business days prior to the workshop start-date. If a cancellation occurs after that, the customer is liable for and will be billed for the full cost of the workshop. To cancel your registration, send an e-mail or call the training department in your region with the attendee's name, the class name, and class date(s). Acknowledgment of the cancellation will be sent by email before the end of the next business day. Please call or e-mail if you have not received acknowledgment.
Magma reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to 10 business days prior to the start-date of the workshop. Please keep this in mind if you are making travel arrangements; Magma will not be responsible for airline tickets, lodging, or any other expenses you may incur.
An e-mail confirming the registrant, class dates, and times will be sent within one week of the submitted registration, upon confirmation of payment and space availability.
Payment is required prior to the first day of instruction.
Proof of payment is required 10 business days before class. If payment is not verified, your registration may be canceled. Verification can be made in the following forms:
